INSTRUCTIONS
:
This admit card is being issued to you on the basis of advertisement published by us in Dainik Jagran and Amar Ujala and applied by you accordingly. Before appearing in the written exams please check following qualification/instructions required for the post as given in the advertisement published vide advertisement (in Amar Ujala & Dainik Jagran) dated 19 August, 2009. If you do not fulfill necessary qualifications required for the post you have applied, you yourself don't appear in the written exams, because necessary testimonials will be checked on qualifying the written exams:-
- Candidates must be a permanent resident of Uttarakhand State and have registered his name in the employment office of Uttarakhand before the date of our advertisement.
- Minimum educational qualifications must be graduation with 2nd Division and must completed one year computer course. For the post of Clerk/Typist- Typing speed must be 25 words per minute in Hindi and 40 Words in English.
- Age Limit on 01 April 2009 must be between 18 to 35 years (Age relaxation will be given as per rule to the reserved classes).
- Selection of the candidate will be done on the basis of merit list of written examination. No interview is required.
- Candidates who have given the option of typist, typing speed test will be taken and called separately.
- Candidate must paste his/her self attested photograph on the admit card and must bring any one out of the voter card, driving license, PAN or recent identification card issued by the college at the time of written exams.
- Question paper will contain 60 number of question having General Knowledge, English & Mathematics related problems. The time to solve the question paper will be one hour.
- General Knowledge & Mathematics related questions can be solved in Hindi or English and the question paper in English be compulsory.
- No negative marking will be made.
- No Candidate will leave the Examination Hall before depositing this admit card to the Exam Administrator.
